Chef “G,” as we fondly refer to him, has been with Pasta Grill since our Conway location opened. He is a cornerstone of our lead team and has capably served in many positions at PG with excellence in each one. He executes food preparation, catering, whole house maintenance, and customer service with precision and care every time ensuring consistent quality in everything we offer to our customers.
Chef Lorena Garcia
Chef Lorena joined our team in 2016. We love her outstanding work ethic and her commitment to executing everything she does with excellence. She makes sure that every dish is made to perfection for our customers and upholds the standard of service that is at the heart of PG. Chef Lorena has a very special quality that we have all come to love and appreciate, her beautiful uplifting smile. She is always willing to lend a hand and she always, always, does it with a smile.
Chef John Purtscher
Chef John Purtscher has been part of the PG culinary team for over 20 years. He has extensive experience in the food service industry including food preparation, staff management, and innovative menu creations for over 45 years. He was part of an award winning culinary team in Forbes magazine. His seasoned talent for creating distinct flavor combinations and his dedication to excellence in food preparation insure that guests at Pasta Grill will have a delicious and satisfying experience when dining with us.
